The Tom\u00e0quet restaurant (@tomaquet.restaurant) is only the establishment where part of the prize can be enjoyed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>2. Scope and duration<\/h2>\r\n<p>The giveaway is being held on Instagram and is limited to Catalonia. You can participate from the date the giveaway post is published on the @kyhgrandcapital account until October 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (peninsular time).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>3. Participation Requirements<\/h2>\r\n<p>Individuals over 18 years of age residing in Catalonia with a real Instagram account are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer, as well as fake accounts or accounts created solely for participating in giveaways, are excluded.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>4. Mechanics<\/h2>\r\n<p>To participate you must:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Follow @kyhgrandcapital and @tomaquet.restaurant on Instagram.<\/li>\r\n<li>Comment on the giveaway post by tagging three people.<\/li>\r\n<li>Share the post in your stories and mention @kyhgrandcapital.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Participation is free. Each person can only participate once, even if they post multiple comments.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>5. Prize<\/h2>\r\n<p>There will be a single winner, who will receive:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>A meal at the Tom\u00e0quet restaurant with a maximum value of \u20ac200 (VAT included), freely chosen from the menu. Any amount exceeding \u20ac200 will be paid by the winner. The meal must be enjoyed in a single visit, with prior reservation, before December 20, 2026.<\/li>\r\n<li>A gift voucher worth \u20ac200, purchased by KyH Grand Capital and delivered to the winner in digital format. The voucher can be redeemed at the store or platform designated by the organizer, and its use is subject to the issuer&#039;s terms and conditions.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>The winner can share the prize with whomever they wish. The prize is not redeemable for a different prize or for cash.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>6. Selection of the winner<\/h2>\r\n<p>On October 22, 2026, one winner and two alternates will be randomly selected from among the eligible participants, using the AppSorteos platform (<a href=\"https:\/\/app-sorteos.com\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app-sorteos.com<\/a>The result will be announced that day in the stories of @kyhgrandcapital and the winner will be notified by direct message.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>7. Acceptance of the award<\/h2>\r\n<p>The winner has 5 calendar days from the date of notification to accept the prize and provide their name, surname, and national identity document number. If they do not respond, do not meet the requirements, or decline the prize, it will be awarded to the first runner-up, and so on. If no one accepts the prize, the draw will be declared void.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>8. Taxation<\/h2>\r\n<p>The prize is subject to current tax regulations. The organizer will withhold or pay the corresponding income tax, and the winner must declare the prize on their tax return.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>9. Data protection<\/h2>\r\n<p>The data controller is KyH Grand Capital (Tax ID B21615620). Participants&#039; data is processed solely for the purpose of managing the prize draw, awarding the prize, and fulfilling tax obligations, based on acceptance of these terms and conditions. Data will be retained only as long as necessary for these purposes and will only be shared with the relevant authorities and, where essential for managing the reservation, with the Tom\u00e0quet restaurant. The rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability can be exercised by writing to <a href=\"mailto:info@kyhcapital.com\">info@kyhcapital.com<\/a>. A complaint may also be filed with the competent data protection authority. The participant agrees to have their username published as the winner.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>10. Safety Notice<\/h2>\r\n<p>The organizer will only contact the winner from the official account @kyhgrandcapital and will never ask for payments or card details.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>11. Reservations<\/h2>\r\n<p>The organizer may disqualify fraudulent entries, and modify or cancel the draw for justified cause, communicating it through the same channel.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>12. Instagram<\/h2>\r\n<p>Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or associate with this promotion. Participants release Instagram from all liability.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>13.
