The giveaway is being held on Instagram and is limited to Catalonia. You can participate from the date the giveaway post is published on the @kyhgrandcapital account until October 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (peninsular time).
Individuals over 18 years of age residing in Catalonia with a real Instagram account are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer, as well as fake accounts or accounts created solely for participating in giveaways, are excluded.

The winner can share the prize with whomever they wish. The prize is not redeemable for a different prize or for cash.
On October 22, 2026, one winner and two alternates will be randomly selected from among the eligible participants, using the AppSorteos platform (app-sorteos.comThe result will be announced that day in the stories of @kyhgrandcapital and the winner will be notified by direct message.
The winner has 5 calendar days from the date of notification to accept the prize and provide their name, surname, and national identity document number. If they do not respond, do not meet the requirements, or decline the prize, it will be awarded to the first runner-up, and so on. If no one accepts the prize, the draw will be declared void.
The prize is subject to current tax regulations. The organizer will withhold or pay the corresponding income tax, and the winner must declare the prize on their tax return.

Participants' data is processed solely for the purpose of managing the prize draw, awarding the prize, and fulfilling tax obligations, based on acceptance of these terms and conditions. The organizer will only contact the winner from the official account @kyhgrandcapital and will never ask for payments or card details.
The organizer may disqualify fraudulent entries, and modify or cancel the draw for justified cause, communicating it through the same channel.
